陪太子读书

Mar 12, 2007 15:03

When Malcolm was busy preparing for his final three ACCA papers late last year, I literally ‘陪太子读书’ for I was just as busy researching and studying along side with him on weekends and weekday nights. Hubby only has this to say of me - ‘读书又不见你这样用功’….opps!

So what was I busy with? )

It must be so much easier travelling with Nicole now that she is much older. I still remember reading all your entries to Perth when she was 2 years old. Hee...

I want to go Japan too.. :-) Can't wait to read about the rest of your trip. Reminder for myself to do mine too!

Yes, as she grows older she also enjoys the holiday more! Every now and then she would remind me what we did over in Japan ;p

Thank you.

Yes we took the F&E package, whereby the travel agent provided us with the flight and accommodation, everything else is on our own.

Very few Jap speak English and we don't speak theirs, but hey we survived 10 days. So far the only time when we speak to them is when we order food or ask directions, they are really a helpful lot of people.

Its a very nice place, people are polite and helpful too. Hubby changed his mind of holidaying in Japan after the last trip...hopefully that would translate into another trip there ;p

Thanks for highlighting...trigger happy!

I love Japan too. Love the culture, the people and the food (even though I don't eat sushi/sashimi!). How nice to have seen cherry blossoms!

Nicole's such a big girl already! How old is she? You haven't posted anything for ages ...

Same here, like you I don't eat raw stuff but all the local food that we tried were so yummy and their presentations were just as great!

It was just our luck that Cherry Blossoms were blooming earlier than expected.

Nicole just turned 4 last Nov. Yes I have been MIA for about 9 months (enough to conceive another kid, hahahaa ;p )

you could have seen my first comment on your later post on Otaru. Anyway I found this first day post and realised your girl is 4. Just about what I guessed. Still wondering how Nicole cope in Asahikawa though, since now I know it's mid February you were there. Mid february! Means that you missed ALL the snow and ice festivals throughout Hokkaido by days ( ... )

Whoa that is indeed a great holiday! Actually dh suggested going to Japan but we just have to undersatnd that Megan is not such a toughie especially when exposed to such weather conditions; the cold. Do share more on the itineraries. Right now maybe can help brief me what are the must eat and must buy and must go while at Kowloon. We will be staying at miramar. My email is rugrats_pat@yahoo.com.sg

Megan may need time to warm up to winter holidays perhaps, maybe can start with holiday to places in Autumn then slowly graduate to places during Winter.

We also don't know how Nicole would react to winter holiday...but after the last trip to Hokkaido all she wants for her next holiday destination is SNOW place (in her own words)!

I have just posted my second day itinerary, do pop by when you are free. And I have already emailed the HK stuff to you.
