Do check out the tide timing before going else would be a wasted trip and of course register with NParks for the intertidal flat walk too!

If G is willing to take a day leave, it would be easier as what I know there's higher chances of a low tide on a weekday than weekends. Not too sure whether you would be able to go down to the intertidal flat on a weekday though, think Nparks officials are more active on weekends.

I'll get him to check but don't think we will be able to go until next year. How was the boat ride across ?

The boat ride was ok, sea's not choppy that day; its the van ride that's bumpy as we were travelling on mud roads. Both the boat and van ride cost S$2/pax each way. We however chartered the whole van as we don't want to miss the low tide timing and nobody's in sight to share the van with us, so its $24 a van for both ways.

Huh? Cannot count the 2 hours to Pulua Ubin a holiday else hubby will just bring us to Sentosa, St John island for our holidays in the future ;p
