So... uh... made some pie today. I'm supposed to make pie for Thanksgiving at Brian's house. Why the hell is pie so friggin' difficult? Anyone who knows me knows I'm an awesome cook. I like Apple Pie with the pretty lattice crust. Pecan is really good too, but can be difficult to make. Ive learned that making my crust for a pie a day ahead of time helps the entire pie settle much nicer. Maybe do it in two days. Have fun with the pie making.

On another note...I miss you. :-(
