Good thing we don't live there... we are SO over your local limit!! 6 inside only cats, 2 outside only cats, one dog, 6 zebra finches and one mouthy cockatiel.

It seems like a pretty straighforward law, but I still think they are leaving themselves open to loopholes. Who decides it's a pit... how? what percent? etc.
