Up again this morning to pack everything back in the car. This was less easy than normal, the kids were mucking around and then I lost my sunnies - which given the gorgeous day was a small disaster. Thankfully they were located

Your trip sounds very nice. My mother did something similar with my brother and I at about the same age as your daughters, only we toured all around the South Island.

funnily enough we've agreed that next time we do this, it will be the south island.
