it's nice of you to add me, I hope you're having a good time in here. I don't know Banana Yoshimoto but I'll google him in a second. Thank you for commenting, I really like it.
I was about to ask you what way of transportation you use on a regular basis while in Tokio, I am quite impress with the bike using, I would love to see a picture of the bike with basket and everything and the pottery you buy. I know Tokio is a huge metropoly but, I am still impress by all the buildings and construction going around.
The traffic in Tokyo is very dangerous, I still haven't figured out if people drive on the footpath because it is allowed or because they don't dare to drive in the crowded busy streets. I'm a bit shy on my bycicle, but I'm already getting used to driving at the 'wrong' side of the road. :)
I'm also impressed by it all, every day again I look at the crazy concrete skyline and wonder how very lonely Tokyo can be with all these people packed together.
So interesting how your comments about the pottery and oats and your bike with the basket counter, so strikingly, the picture you posted. Such an intriguing juxtaposition. Certainly hints at a sub-commentary about industrialisation. Or a society's struggle to maintain it's unique identity in the face of globalisation.
Thank you, I am busy for the entire day because of my job but between taxi drives and metro stops I can't help wondering what this is all about. Tokyo is so big, I feel very small.
