He had another HBO special that came out earlier this year. It was just as good as the previous "Life is Worth Losing" show. He was still in his prime.
Well we can't say "he's gone to a better place" or anything silly like that, but you can get a good feeling from looking at all his work and all of the positive difference he made in the lives of so many people. We should all be so lucky.

Yes, I saw that new HBO special. I think I've seen most, if not all, of his television specials. The fact that he continued doing his thing for so many years is just incredible. He was a true talent and even though he was 71 I think he would have continued going strong which makes his passing even more unfortunate.
