I will start by saying I am ok. I ended up spending a couple of days in the hospital and had surgery. Once I am up to doing much more than sleep I will tell the whole story. For all those that care, some healing energy and prayers would be apperciated.

 Before I bitch.

When I started using the Ipos for the childrens music..it changed all my music to that format. NOw how the heck do I get them changed back so that I can use them with a regular Mp3 player?
