I hate yearbook people. They constantly ask me for quotes concerning Scholars Bowl. I finally caved in and wrote them a quote. It went something like this: "Scholars Bowl is like gathering a bunch of flamingos in a room and giving them buzzers and pencils. We throw pencils at Daphne all the time." If they are desperate, they'll print anything.

Let me say this: THE ACT IS THE DEVIL!!!!!! ALL STANDARDIZED FORMS OF TESTING ARE SATAN!!!!!!!!!! I sat down for four hours while taking a stupid test with only a 10 minute break in that whole four hours. Curse you, people who invented the ACT.

I found out today that I have to play my solo piece right before Cecily plays hers. WHY???????? WHY ME???????? Curse her. At least this gives me a chance to attempt to show her up. And by the way, Carly, it would please me greatly if you would kindly dispose of Cecily in the Arctic tundra.

ACT Prep Class. Never take it. Some gay black guy comes up and takes you through 30 minutes of stuff you already know. But you do get to take a practce test, and that sort of helps. The ACT is this Saturday, and I really don't want to take it. But I know it will help me in the long run. And it's only about 35 dollars ( Read more... )
