[ It's a quiet and calming night outside. A bit chilly, but no normal person would be out wandering; though it's a shame the owner of this device isn't all that normal. Every few minutes a bringing noise can be heard in the background. It sounds very much like a bicycle bell

You DO realize that you're inviting children, who are relatively defenseless in this city, to go out and most likely get themselves killed, right?

Not letting them come outside for some time to play seems a bit harsh too.

Mm... you make a good point, but having them run around aimlessly in the streets is too dangerous. Invite them to play at the highschool or something more assuring.
