Oh, I should have probably said that... It was sorting of killing two birds with one stone, to be honest. My mum had always wanted to travel the world & that's why she joined the Army, but because she met my dad & had me she couldn't. So, when she got into stupidly bad debt, she decided to try find a job that paid better, & the opportunity arose to work in Saudi, so she took it. It pays better & it's better for her really, weather-wise. I always thought she suffered with SAD so the fact that it's constantly sunny out there means she's much happier as well as being richer too. :)
