Patients & Patience
An 80-year-old woman came in last week and had forgotten that she was going to bring her own Coban (the nifty sticks-to-itself stuff some places wrap your arm with... my lab only has the tape that rips your skin off. :(
Her: "I tell ya, my memory is like a strainer these days... I lose everything but the big chunks."
