Hi! I'm so excited you're in England. Are you posting somewhere else? I didn't see another journal that might be yours on your friends list..

I have a travel blog in the works, but I'm a few days behind. I'm hoping to update it tomorrow - I have writing done just not on the internet yet. And there will be tons of pictures, not to worry :)

PLEASE tell me you've seen Shaun of the Dead. Because that's the first thing I think of whenever I hear of a place called Winchester.

Let me talk to defenestr8r- Liz used to live in England- not sure where, but she might know of a few fun places to go.

Of course I've seen it! And that was the first thing I thought of when Misha told me where she was living.

I've been disappointed by the beer since I've been here, sad to say. Lots of generic lagers and mediocre amber ales, but few that are fuller bodied or dark or hoppy. I had a great porter the other night, though, called Witching Brew or something like that. Yay Halloween!
