Oh, you missed it. They tore it all down and rebuilt everything from scratch during the Leap Second. Bit of a blink-and-you-miss-it thing, though.

the problem with that sort of a party is that guest participation is a must (costumes!!!). since nobody really did that, and only a cou0ple of people helped decorate, it didn't turn out so well. maybe Halloween would be better ;)
