Lately, I feel so crappy physically...it sucks! It's all my fault because I fell into a bad cycle again. First of all, I've been going to bed after midnight...sometimes like 1am or even later. No matter what I have to get up for work at 6am, so I have a dependence on coffee to get the brain juices flowing. I have one cup in the morning before work

Okay, my incentive is that this guy that I like
just went on a trip for a whole month.
That gives me a month to just whip myself into shape!
