Cool. Ours is kid accused of planting a bomb at her school. A piece of evidence is her R-place (myspace) page.

awesome! R-place beats cyberstalking. Although the defendant is named Pat C. Macintosh.

Maine Mock Trial is already over, our team came in 3rd and our case was about a paintballing accident...the plaintiff was an idiot

I realize that I'm posting this about 2 months later, but here in Ohio it's a thrilling Eminent Domain case. The homeowner who is trying to prevent his/her house from being torn down is an old man/woman who has 13 cats.

There's nothing particularly humorous aside from that. My case is so boring....

Late posting, but Georgia's was a wrongful death/negligence case about the death of a young woman named Paris LaQuinta. Her mother was suing Dr. Jed Hill, saying they were the cause of the accident and the other side was trying to prove that there wasn't enough evidence to support this claim.

It was kind of boring.
