Myf, I don't know how often you get told how really damn good you are, but: if you bound this journal up and sold it as a comic-sized thing, I would pay proper money for it and stroke the pages in a slightly creepy way. Not just the drawings, but the writing and the composition and layout. Wah, it's LOVELY.
Eeep, thank you so much for this comment. I actually read it yesterday while queuing for a coffee in Exeter and have been gratefully turning it over in my mind ever since.
I do tend to think everything I do in the arts sphere is not quite good enough, but to hear that other people like it makes me feel one step more validated.
