Brilliant - well done, Item! Not sure I could run a mile. (Not entirely sure how far a mile is.)

Ugh, though, what a travel nightmare. I frequently have anxiety dreams about needing to get somewhere in time and getting held up again and again, so I know how it must have felt.

Ooh yes, that is the precise kind if anxiety dream I suffer from too :(

A mile is about twenty minutes' walking time for a reasonably paced adult, or ten minutes' running for someone not particularly athletic, like me. The results are in now and she did it in 9:24 which is amazing IMO, given the start to the day (she was about half way through the pack, but it did include girls up to 11).

I've already had my first dream about getting to Heathrow on Sunday!

I genuinely do not think I could run for ten minutes, although I do karate moves for that long as a matter of course.
