I'm All Out Of Whack

I sleep all day, don't want to get out of bed, then I'm up til dawn. I'm trying to regulate my sleep by dosing myself with zanex and lorazapam but I'm think I've built up a tolerance to them already cause they're not doing it for me anymore

I know...everything takes time. I just hate all the pain involved :(

I understand, maybe not fully but partially. I can never get to work on time anymore, some mornings, Like today...I just need more time to get myself together after a weekend hospital stay with my Mom. I have to adjust back to a different reality...that's always hard because she's in the hospital at least once a week. So, getting back to work after three whole years sounds like it would be very overwhelming. Once you do get a job, the routine might be a welcome change for you. :) Chin up!
