I feel strange since she's never given a first name (I think?), but she does have more book-time than quite a few characters, especially in the 3rd one, so I kept on going back to Mrs. Everdeen. You do seem kind and healer-y, which had me leaning towards Prim at first, but I think her mother is more reserved, more of a follower, and homey. She's also quite humble, so I can imagine herself describing her personality in a similar fashion.
