Your emphasis on nature and wanting to live near the coast makes me think of District 4. Being one of the Career Districts, it isn’t far from resources and maybe even adventures what with the coasts and the sea. I think the weather would be warm but occasionally cool with less snow. I’m not sure if it’s as peaceful as District 1 and 2, for example, because the Wiki mentions possible oppressions but yeah, I imagine it would definitely be more peaceful than the “lower districts”. But since you just want nature, and [your] own 4 walls I think District 4 fits pretty well from what I know.

Because you wish to be near the coast, District 4 seems to be your best fit, but I can see your sense of honour and longing for peace fitting into the less Captiol-ly (totally not a word, I mean the rural areas dominated not by the Capitol but by stonemasonry) District Two
