If you were a heroine in a story, how would you be like?: My ideal heroine would be someone who's a walking contradiction - she can be vexing, fanciful, wise, compassionate all in one breath and who's worked hard for the things she gets in life. Someone who can send a tremor through your heart (in the most subtle way possible), who's largely flawed but has a good heart (not saying she has a heart of gold though), strong-willed and has a strong capacity to love.
Do you consider romance/love an important part of your life?: Yes, I do consider love an important part of my life but I always felt there were many kinds of love - not just romantic love for your significant other. So, my love for my family, my passions, my friends are all important to me too.
How do you handle your relationships with others?: It really depends on the person, I can be affectionate but I also can be very sharp-tongued. My relationships with my friends and family mean a lot to me, so I tend to handle them with a lot of care and caution - considering their feelings before doing anything and exercising caution.
What are some important things you have learned in your life so far?: There are a few things that I've learnt: One, when the going gets tough, we must get tougher - you can't depend on luck and sheer opitimism to accomplish your dreams, you have to fight for it. Two, heartbreak isn't the end of everything even when it sure feels like it. You hurt, you cry, you move forward. Third, passion is extremely important.
How would you fare in a life/death situation?: I'm not the bravest person and I'd probably panick in a life/death sitaution but I would try my best to keep a calm facade and think things through, find out how to get through it without dying or sacrificing anyone. I mean, there are two possibilites - either you live or you die. You gotta take a risk.
Who is your favourite character in The Hunger Games and why?: I love Katniss but my personal favourite is Finnick. I have a really soft spot for him, and I find his relationship with Annie especially touching. His fragility gets to me.
If you were to live in The Hunger Games, which district would be best suited for you and why?: Honestly speaking, my life right now - living in the city and everything - having sufficient food etc, I think I'd be better suited to live in the Capitol. I'm not someone who would survive well in the wilderness and I'm not that independent however hard I try to be. Although, keeping in mind that I hate what the Capitol has done, I would love to try and live in District 4. I've always felt an affinity towards water and the place seems beautiful.
