Weird dreams make me wonder what the heck my brain is doing while I'm sleeping. *g*

While I was telling my neighbor about my dream, I remembered that I also dreamed that I had cancer and only had a month to live. I had this rash on my forearm that bled, and I had to put a santitary napkin on it to catch the blood. I had a problem finding something that fit on my arm.

How's that for weirdly strange?

I didn't dream at all for weeks after Jessie died. Now, I can't seem to close my eyes for any length of time without having these really involved, and very strange, dreams.

Wasn't it in the movied "The Reincarnation of Peter Proud" that a psychiatrist explained that dreams allowed you to safely go insane for awhile every night?

I don't know about the movie quote, but it sounds about right. It allows us to go to places that are just too bizarre in the waking moments. It's kind of a release from any kind of censor.
