Is Kelsey fluent in Norweigan?

When I was a teenager, I went to Concordia Language Villiages in the summer, and it was a great experience- it's an immersion language program, and you learn so much in a couple weeks. The Norweigan Villiage is really nice too, or at least I was very impressed with it.

*lol* Kelsey knows about half a dozen Norwegian words at best. :) I am not sure how she plans to overcome that little detail, but I'm sitting back and waiting for her to see what she comes up with. :)
