Oohh, this would be a toughie--the intersection of competing wants/needs, mixed in with nostalgia/possibilities. Maybe find the furniture and play with it yourself for a while? :D This looks like a party house! What a cute mailbox! What are those posters on the wall there?

Oh Andi-leave it to you to suggest I just use it!-Man, I loved this house for my Dawn dolls-perfect size. Yes, I do believe they did have many a party there!
The posters are Holly Hobby looking dolls.

Haha. I'm really quite heartless when it comes to getting rid of stuff.

Hmmm. My dad made my sis and I a dollhouse once. It wasn't kept. I guess you will have to decide. Do you have any friends with small children who might like to have it, if you decide not to keep it yourself? Looks like if you sold it on eBay it would cost a fortune to ship. There's certainly no harm in keeping it if you are attached to it, but if you played with it as a child, it might make you sad to think of it stuffed in a closet and not being played with.

I know this is not much help, but I really don't know what to tell you as I am also a major pack rat and am only now getting around to thinking keep or pitch with my own kid stuff.

I'm pretty much the opposite of a packrat.

I mean, I'm all for saving small items from one's childhood, but if something is taking up space and serves minimal use, I am all for selling it/giving it away. Do you have any nieces or do your friends have daughters who might like it? In that case, at least you'd be able to visit your dollhouse every so often.
