we have looked at over 20 places in the past 40 days. the only one that's wanted us is a filthy, grimey basement on cotton street, that just evicted a guy who went crazy and stuck about 200 great big nails in random parts of the wall, and an awesome lesbian couple renting a tiny basement somewhere way too far off the drive

There is nothing wrong with you. Finding a place to live is crazy hard right now, it seems.

Where on Cotton was that place? I used to live at Cotton + 1st.

I know someone with 3 bedrooms she needs to rent out, if she's still trying... I like her. I hear she's a laid back roommate, but she's also a partier. She's around 12th and Clark I think. That may not sound super tempting, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
