i had a tummy tuck cos i lost 60kg (65 now.. woohoo thank you dr lol got 10 to go :)) and the skin on my stomach was too streatched to return to normal. i've got a journal for it, if your interested in reading ill add you - (its only friends only because i want to keep track of whos reading it)
