The message I sent those on my IM list:

You are stranded in the Halls of Authentication during a power outage.  The system is still up, but you have Golgolmar, the most evil customer ever on the line and he is getting error 691.  What do you do?

I'm actually kind of thinking of spinning this sort of thing off into a website. Since I get over 10,000 techs visiting my site each day it might do well. Obviously not exactly that, but something similar.

Out of curiousity, what sort of format are you thinking?

Well I was thinking about a mock up site with "rules" and other stuff, kinda developing the fake game. Now, it COULD actually be played, but I dunno that anyone actually would ;-) Though it would certainly make training new techs at an ISP interesting.

Other than that I was thinking a weekly cartoon or text article (prolly just a text article since I can't draw) similar, but likely more extended to what you see in this post.
