on wednesday night i saw grinderman/nick cave, only did i really? it's like the riddle about a tree falling in the woods. if a craig gets his drink spiked and loses his entire memory, did grinderman really make a sound? i'm guessing so, but it makes ya think ( Read more... )

yeah leaving the drink down was pretty stupid in hindsight, but it didn't even occur to me. i guess i thought those sorta jerks wouldn't be at that gig. oh well...i was wearing a red eagles of death metal shirt (until i lost it) and standing in the little corner bit at the front. i'm a bit worried about what my behaviour would have been like in those 4 hours...

i think they took my money. apparently thats what i told the cabbie anyway, a buncha dudes fought me and took my money (next day - no money, and i didn't have any to pay the cabbie first time round). or somethin. but i still have my wallet and phone. and a huge fuck off bruise on my arm. i keep wondering if maybe the beers i did drink just hit me real fucking hard...cause as you say, it don't make sense really. but you dont lose your entire memory (loss of which starts around when i drank my 2nd beer - floor beer - there)and the ability to properly think/communicate after 6 beers...it is quite the mystery
