I never cease to find it amazing that the more one tries not to think of something, the more that is all one can think of. I really should try to be more faithful about updating this journal, shouldn't I? After all, it takes twenty-one days to establish a good habit, but only a week to start forgetting it. back in the asylum, I used to make entries ever day.
