The HIM kind of puts it over the top.
I posted an old mix that an ex boyfriend made me awhile ago on Livejournal. I can't find it now but it included The The, Front 242, and TONS OF CURE. I actually still really like it though. I'm sure I have mixes that are way worse than yours all over the place though.

boyfriend/girlfriend (or ex) tapes don't count because they're always bad, and you always love them anyway. I think what really puts it over the top is that it's just garbage that nobody cares about 2 1/2 years later from start to finish. It's like putting future sounds of london and white town on a mixtape in 1996

they are the worst mixes of them ever...it's all really bad 12" remixes or something like that...and one has star wars samples on it
