Of course. In fact no fingerprints were found anywhere, the entire crime scene was wiped clean quite meticulously, a rudimentary act of any murderer.
There is no evidence here as to the identity of our killer other than the lack of evidence. Clearly, he knew what he was doing, he has access to some manner of freezer, a large one, and he fully intended for these body parts to be found.
I do not recognize the modus operandi but make no mistake, this is a message. A direct challenge to someone.

If he knows what he was doing then he has killed before and undoubtedly will kill again. The systematic dismantlement of the victim is very noteworthy as well; the killer must have some basic knowledge of anatomy. A clue to a possible profession, perhaps?

Adult woman, found completely drained of blood. Evidence suggests that she was frozen and drained before dismemberment. No fingerprints were found.
