sorry for all of the recent angst, I guess I'm just a bit homesick. But that's not p-town's fault.
And things aren't that bad here. I have a job interview tomorrow and the sun is even out right now, so who am I to complain?
in other news, I've seen a couple of really great signs in the past month.

I saw this in the pearl neighborhood. it provokes a lot of questions, the foremost of which are:
1. does she get out of her wheelchair to pee in the doorway or does she simply empty her catheter bag out there? how ambulatory is she?
2. doesn't a woman in a wheelchair selling drugs attract attention? or is the wheelchair the perfect cover? should I start selling drugs out of a wheelchair? where will I empty my catheter bag?

So this one is a little blurry, it was taken from across the street for reasons that I think are obvious. it also seems redundant to mention that this is from chico, not portland.
I think the sign said "you honk, we drink" originally, but once the first keg was consumed they thought it would be better to see boobs than hear car horns. it's just hard figure out the difference between 'your' and 'you're' when you're drinking a lot of your beer.
this is also why my degree is useless. go wildcats!
