KY and I have a word for losers with yellow fever: Pinkertons. We got it from "Madame Butterfly" after the uber-loser in that opera. Also, we got the yellow fever thing from Rivers Cuomo.
Pity about the censoring. We had this awesome postcard from New Orleans before Katrina. It was in the '60's or the '70's with a cabaret dancer. I'm glad that you're having fun.
this is helen. please try to contact/call/email us or at least stupid mom cuz she's getting on our nerves with her worry about having no contact from you... :P

I don't think the Chinese post office censors or reads international mail these days. I've had lost of interesting stuff posted from Australia to China without it ever being opened :)

I've come across quite a few references from expats on having their international magazines missing pages and packages missing items, including cookies being eaten in transit! All of these were fairly recent, so I prefer to play it safe.
Cool blog, good to hear from another 长春人! I was at the Teacher's College last year, a good place to teach, just in a bad locaton. Spent a lot of money on taxis, getting back at night, but the classes I had were great. Used to love those walks over to the West Section, crossing over the railway line!!
