um today i ate quinoa pasta cooked in sea salt &herb broth then simmered further with black beans, black pepper, scotch bonnet hot sauce, roasted garlic tomato sauce, crushed red pepper, garlic salt IS THAT OKAY NO WONDER MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS SO HIGH
