MAXI SKIRT SALE

Macys had its one day "preview" sale today.. its one day sale is tomorrow.
i snagged a few maxi skirts under 20 bucks and a scarf for 7

weird thing is? the skirts were XL juniors.. and they fit. i am a size 18-20.. i dont normally fit ANY juniors

i do expect the sale prices will continue a bit....

Charlotte Russe also had some nice maxi skirts under 15 dollars... i .. kind of? fit in the M... but boy could you see every wrinkle in places i dont want to see, so i passed on those... the material was thinner (i would have gotten a L or XL in them but the one color i wanted they only had M)

Oh awesome thank you! I haven't been to Macy's in forever, because I always assumed they didn't have a good selection of clothes that I would fit, because I wear a size 16/18, but since we're the same size and you found some nice skirts I think I'll check it out.

i actually always find stuff in Macys....
just... not always stuff i wear because of my modest requirements. that maxi skirts have been "in" lately means there is more to choose from.. but even under usual conditions i can find blouses and stuff, even when skirts are in short supply.

also check out there "moderates" pants if you wear pants... some of them run large... just like these skirts fit me pretty well...

they also always have scarves. scarves are size less....

i have decent luck with clothes in Macy's, Kohl's and just recently in Dress Barn

actually... you are probably smaller than i am.

i wear a 16-20 depending on maker, and i am TALL (five foot nine) and have broad shoulders.... so everything is usually too short, even if it fits.

oh, you wear a size L in old navy... and they have maxi dresses as well... grin

I'm actually 5'9" with broad shoulders as well, so I definitely have the "too short" problem. I haven't been to Old Navy in a while, at least not a physical store, but I'll definitely check it out.
