[He almost drops the comm when Sam replies.] It talks? [But then he seems to realise that it's actually another person on the end, a phone with video.]

I's Dean! But my Sammy's a baby... [oh Sam, don't you recognise the light freckles and green eyes? They haven't changed much at all.] Has you seen him? or my mommy and daddy?

[Well, uh... that's really strange. What's more is the kid's eyes definitely look way too familiar. Almost painfully so.]
