Rules of the Comm

General Rules:

Keep all IC and OOC problems separate. What happens in character should not affect your out of character relationships with your fellow players. If any such problems are to occur, please try to settle it amongst yourself before bringing it before the mods. These problems don't only put a damper on the muses involved but generally the entire community. This is meant to be a place to have fun.

The current muse limit is three. The comm will be very interactive (at least that's the plan) and so if you do wish to have two or three muses, keep them active in the comm. This being said, you are allowed to have only one muse in either the royal family, the rising family, or the secret organization. This may be changed or revised later on but we would like to give everyone a fair chance at getting in which ever group they would like.

There will be absolutely no godmodding or metagaming. Sometimes we do it by mistake but try to refrain from it. There will be a three strike policy in place. We don't wish to seem like the roleplay police but as moderators we must keep our community as friendly and fun to be in as possible. Anyone caught godmodding, metagaming, or causing unnecessary drama OOC will be given a strike. On the third strike, that person and all of their muses will be kicked and banned from the game. We'd rather not even have to give someone one strike. So help us help you and keep it peachy.

Crossclaiming with LJ accounts is strictly forbidden. You may use the same aim but we would prefer if you didn't. There will be buddy lists and blast chats used almost extensively in this community.

There will be an activity check once a month. All that is required is one journal post or one log entry. Logs and journal posts can be posted to your muses LJ. The muses involve may pick just one person to post the log and it will count for all muses involved. Keeps things a little neat and if anyone forgets to do a journal post they have a sure way to pass the activity check.

Any plotlines involving character death, pregnancy, or anything of that drastic measure should be discussed with a mod. Since this game is set in a feudal era, it is not uncommon for such things to occur but we, as mods, would like to be informed of it first from all muses who will be involved in the plot. That means the muse doing the knocking up and the muse getting knocked up or the muse dying and the muse who may be killing them. Also if a muse would like to kill off a character to pick up a new one, this is okay. Anyone who picks up this character in the future will not be associated to the original one in anyway.

Lastly, have fun. This is a community created for you. Any input from all muns will be taken into consideration and put back into the community. For questions, comments, or concerns send a PM to the mod account and happy playing.
