Porkchop Sammiches!
I've been cooking like crazy lately and making some pretty tasty meals too, if I do say so myself. In the last two weeks I've made a "ratatouille" casserole, cauliflower soup, stuffed bell peppers, chili, vegan lasagna (for the lactose intolerant in our household), and broiled salmon topped with basil/tomato salad.
