i don't know any patches or anything, but... if you're HARDCORE addicted to caffeine, it might actually be a good idea to start taking herbal diet pills (like ginseng or yerba mate) and then gradually cutting down.
of course, i don't know much. i've tried to quit smoking like five times and i have a camel filter in my hand right now...
cool. maybe you could help me out there. is that stuff expensive? where can you get the goods? i think it's really a twofold addiction. first, there's the chemical dependancy of caffeine. i feel like it's the only thing that keeps me going sometimes. and second, i LOVE the taste of coffee. nothing beats a good cup of coffee. i think that will be the harder part.

and for the coffee... there's always decaf, even though it has that distinct caffeine-free taste.
