I have crazy allergies too
but I found an herbal supplement that totlly works

if you can find nettle and quercetin you should try it

I used to get horrible head aches from allergy sinus pressure

I just take severe allergy and sinus headache meds by benedryl... makes me sleepy... but rids the pain. Reuben is taking some over the counter claritin... and it actually works for him. My other poor baby though... i don't know what to do with him. I hope you feel better today love!

and any kind of sinus meds make me vomit
