[ shizuo was out and about in his usual way. getting groceries, cleaning supplies, doing some laundry - when he noticed something. a dog seems to have taken a liking to him. a wingless, scruffy, half-starved looking animal that... he actually recognizes from home. vaguely

[Not too far from Shizuo, Nagisa is also stopping. Then walking. Then backing up. She thought it was a game that Shizuo and the dog were playing and wanted to see if it was any fun. If anything, she probably just looked really silly. At first she was going to ask if the dog was his, since the poor thing looked like it was in need of food. But then the weird red-light-green-light thing went on between the bartender and canine, and so she was distracted. Yeeep.]

[ figuring that he isn't getting rid of the animal, shizuo reaches into his bag and grabs something eatible and turns to hold it out to the animal. he can't imagine whose it is or why it would be here after him, but...

his attempts to shoo it away aren't working.

[Oh crap. He's looking over here. Well this is awkward. Nagisa just looks back at him, staring back at him. He looked rather familiar to her, but from where? She ponders about it for a moment as it slowly clicks in her head. It is then that she realizes--]
