So tonight Randi and I went to the store. A girl of I'd say 13 and a girl of about 8 or so were walking in front of us. 8 year old says "I only need 'somenamehere' and i've got the whole Bratz dolls collection! Isn't that awesome?" Randi says, "No!" 8 and 13 year olds turn around and give her mean looks.

Those fucking dolls are exactly what's wrong with society. Say what you will about Barbie and her mispropotioned body, and high standards of self-image, but at least Barbie wanted to BE something (or two or three or five million different things). Astronaut, athlete, doctor, teacher, fast food employee...Barbie did all these jobs and then some
