This is why I did the following:

1. Took my name off my blog.

2. Friends locked it.

3. Made up a separate e-mail address based on my name for my students so they wouldn't be able to google my sn and find my LJ.

A professor here a few years ago found a cluster of grad student LJs, and one person had quoted entire e-mails from her and given her full name. She was not pleased, to say the least, and she expressec concern at how these journals would reflect on our professionalism. I'm just afraid my students will stumble on it.

yeah, i don't think mine is identifiable, because I only use mogoesq for this, but I don't know... I'll probably have to stop blogging completely once I'm barred.

Probably a good idea. I'm sure anything you'd say about a case, no matter how vague, could be a problem if the blog were traced to you.
