215. Great and all, but sad when I look back at a post in 2007 where I was 223. I shoulda been done with this shit a long time ago. Still, this is the farthest I've come thus far, so I should concentrate on the positive.

Progress is progress, even if it's slow. You're my inspiration to really buckle down and start losing this damn weight. I've been so back and forth, losing five pounds, gaining seven back, I haven't had near the dedication you have. I like seeing you update, it'd be nice to see you more. :)

Yeah, I was thinking I'd try and do some weekly update about stuff, I dunno.

I hope you're doing well, your latest journal entry has me wondering. :o

I'll have a longer entry up later, I'm just trying not to think about it for now. I'll be okay tho.

Thanks. I know it's sporadic and all, but it's what works for me.

Its better now than never, look at it that way... The older you get, the harder it is to lose becuase for some reason our metabolism slows down and you dont process your food fast enough to get the waste out of your system.. I speak on experiecne lol I'm turning 30 soon and yeah, it gets harder, esp if you lack exercise...I stopped going to the gym because i have no time anymore :( Lose it now while your body is still young.. you'll see what i mean in about 5 more years lol

Yeah, that's what I hear. But you know you can fight it. Your metabolism doesn't slow down too much at 30, and exercise and eating right can keep it up. It's once you hit, like, 50 that you'll have to worry!
