for the first time in a while I turned down going out so I could stay home and sleep. I unexpectedly fell asleep at six thrity in the eveing, was awake from ten thirty until twelve thirty with a wicked head ache, then took two extra strength robaxecet and was out until ten thirty this morning =-D I am sleepy mc sleepertons

When I was a kid, I used to enjoy jumping of the 5m diving board at the Pte-Claire Pool. Then one day, in an effort to be bossy and get me out of her hair, a substitute diving teacher ORDERED me to go jump of the 5m diving board (many flights up, takes some time to do.)

So I climbed up the tower, walked to the edge (full of resentment), looked down, and suddenly found myself unable to jump. I turned around, climbed back down the cicular staircase (humiliating but very worth it) and found my mom, waiting with towel and the advice that I don't have to do anything that makes me uncomfortable, even if I usually claim to like it.

Some things you just need to do unsupervised, when the time is right, and at the command of no one.
