on sunday night I discovered my fat permanent marker hiding in my bra drawer. it has since been relocated to my pencil case. the damn pen is making my fingertips burn with the desire to write on things I am not supposed to. public things, like metro cars and buses. I want to write on post office boxes and newspaper distributors. my words want

I went for a run into the Old Port of Montreal... and a wrote on a public bench.

it felt good.
