today almost walked to the dept, from camp to dept, it was raining all day.
signed SB's upgradation to SRF form, then RKA dropped me home, bought veggies on the way from Safal.
Called Mishra (CA) home, searched for relevant documents, found them, then lunch at 4:30 PM!
Left hand is not good. But the stomach has settled.

met sarah at 4:10 pm 10th april 2006. pawan came soon after and we exchanged laptops. then tani peeped. then tea with tani (actually slice, she paying). then rama (santosh briefly prior) and his home, om and bano (saroj with operated mouth in pain). dinner all together.

little things that you do for someone, like home made lamp by the bedside or spreading newspapers for travelled luggage to be rested, are signs of absence of articulation. feel wasted as the day was gone cos of miscalculations with regards to time of L14, then there was naser viva, part of the general viva-festival, then class which is again disappointing cos anything theoretical is viewed with suspicion and/ or boredom. god spot of news wrt UMD for shiti, she' going great guns and am so proud of her, as also my own ( Read more... )

still no bright ideas in sight for Nagoya although thanks to c got the Wurzel book by courier today. thinking more of developing the kaynean algorith and my arlier idea of incomplete phase -- should have given that as the title. also invit from kitahara from keio. but worrying stuff is l14 and english teaching before that -- how will i manage all

Things achieved, so ok day. L14 went off well though couldn't start the lecture. Yet another extra class fixed up for Thursday now that I dont have L5 anymore, at 14 hrs. If my limbo states are not my creation and these are situations I find myself in, then it's happening too often. It varies in intensity though, so there can be really-limbo-limbo or onto-limbo or just after-limbo. Thus although the terms are temporal it's really about the intensity.
