I'm looking forward to spring a little more than I'd thought.  Possibly because spring brings us that much closer to autumn.  or because I'm just blissfully happy again

I think I love spring best. Of course, back home, winter was an incredibly long few months and spring meant the end of nearly starving or freezing to death every day. I don't think people think of winter that way anymore.

Spring is probably my second favorite. Autumn just has this intensely magickal feeling for me. I don't know if it's the leaves changing colour or the brisk feel in the air. It might be the autumn scent that I enjoy so much.

No, generally, people aren't thinking of death so much when thinking of winter now.

What's wrong with summer?

Nothing's wrong with summer, particularly. Just loses some of its magick when you're not waiting for classes to be out.

And this has nothing to do with the fact that autumn is closer to winter and your birthday?

YPfft, no. You just fancy summer because of your birthday.
