Drug-induced contentment

I'm sick, again or still, and not very happy about it. I went to the doctor and she didn't really know what was wrong with me, I appear 'normal' except for a fever, which is really unusual after a week of having a cold. So, I'm on antibiotics and really hope they do something good for me
